What Onroutz.ca does
Onroutz.ca books private, door-to-door ground transfers: from airports to hotels and city centres, from cruise piers and train stations, between cities, and by the hour on business days. The desk is in Toronto. In Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario the cars and chauffeurs are our own. Elsewhere in Canada, in the United States, the Caribbean and Mexico, the UK and Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, the drive is delivered by a vetted, licensed and commercially insured local transfer partner, and the Onroutz.ca desk books it, confirms it, supports it and invoices it.
Why the site reads like a route planner
Travellers do not search for a car. They search for a trip: "Toronto to Niagara Falls", "JFK to Manhattan", "Haneda to Shinjuku". So each page on this site starts with the trip and sets out every way to make it, including the train and the bus, with distances, typical drive times and the hours when the road slows down. We say when public transport is the better choice. When the private car is the right call, because of luggage, children, a late landing, a cruise embarkation window or a working day, the booker shows the fixed fare in seconds.
How partners are chosen
Partners are licensed for passenger transport in their own jurisdiction and carry commercial insurance. Their vehicles are no more than four model years old (seven for Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Maybach), and their chauffeurs follow the same rules as ours: flight tracking, waiting time included after landing, no photographs of clients, no posts about trips. Many are listed on LimousineWorldwide.Directory, the worldwide register of chauffeur operators of which Onroutz.ca is a member.
What we will not do
We do not publish a price list that the final bill would not match, we do not add surge pricing, and we do not send you to a marketplace. We are a transport service, not a security company: we work alongside a client's own security team, and we do not supply armed drivers or bodyguards.
