What we collect
To book and run a transfer we collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off details, flight, train or sailing numbers, passenger and luggage details, any special requests such as child seats, and payment confirmation. Card payments are processed by the booking platform's payment provider; Onroutz.ca does not store full card numbers.
How we use it
Only to quote, confirm, operate, support and invoice your transfers, to track your arrival so the chauffeur meets the real time, and to answer your requests. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
The chauffeur or local transfer partner who operates your trip receives the details needed to carry it out: your name (or the alias you choose), phone number, pickup details and arrival information. Partners may use them only for your transfer. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Analytics and chat
The site may use privacy-respecting analytics and a live-chat widget. They set cookies in your browser; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
Retention and security
Booking records are kept as long as needed for operating, accounting and legal purposes, then deleted. Access is limited to people who need it to run your trip.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for uses that are not required to run a booking. Write to us through the contact page; we reply within 30 days.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The version on this page is the current one.
