What chauffeured transfer services does Onroutz.ca offer?
Onroutz.ca offers chauffeured transfer services for airports, hotels, stations, ports and venues: airport transfers, private transfers, executive and corporate car service, VIP and talent transport, Sprinter vans with a driver, hourly personal drivers, a designated driver service and airport meet and greet.
Every service shares the same foundations. Vehicles and chauffeurs are licensed and commercially insured. The desk in Toronto is open 24/7. The fare is fixed and quoted before you pay. In Toronto, the GTA and southern Ontario our own fleet drives. Elsewhere, a vetted local partner does, and the Toronto desk books, confirms, supports and invoices the trip.
What changes from service to service is the shape of the booking: one pickup or many, an airport or a hotel, a day or an hour. Use this page to find the right service, then open its page for the detail.

Core transfer services
Airport transfers and private transfers
The airport transfer service is the foundation. A driver tracks your flight, waits after landing and takes you to the door. After an international landing the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, and after a domestic landing the first 30. The airport transfers hub lists every airport.
A private transfer is the same idea without the airport: a hotel to a venue, a home to a station, a city to a city. The transfers hub and the routes hub list the routes we publish, from Toronto to Niagara Falls to Narita to Tokyo.
Airport meet and greet
On request, the driver waits inside arrivals with a name board, and an alias name can appear on the board for privacy. The airport meet and greet page and the meet and greet hub explain how it works and where it is offered.
Business and executive services
Executive car service and luxury chauffeur
The executive car service is built for business: punctual pickups, vehicles sized to the meeting and corporate accounts with monthly invoicing. The luxury chauffeur page covers premium vehicles and the standard of service around them.
Multi-leg itineraries can sit on one booking. A director who lands in Toronto, meets clients in Mississauga and flies to New York the next morning can have the whole sequence confirmed at once.
Personal driver and designated driver
A personal driver is booked for a block of time instead of a single trip. It suits a day of meetings, a shopping trip or a tour. The designated driver service provides a chauffeur after an evening out, and the page explains how that booking works.
Sprinter van with driver
For larger parties, the Sprinter van with driver carries up to 12 passengers and 12 bags in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. For 20 to 56 passengers, mini-coaches and coaches are available on request.
VIP, talent and discretion
VIP transportation and celebrity and talent transport are built around privacy. Chauffeurs do not photograph clients or post about trips, NDAs are available on request, and an alias name can go on a meet-and-greet board.
Onroutz.ca is a transport service, not a security company. It does not provide armed drivers or bodyguards, and it works alongside a client's own security team. Read the guide on why celebrities and VIPs book Onroutz.ca for the full picture. For private-aircraft passengers, see the private aviation hub.
City and tour services
Some services are tied to a place, because the place decides how the day works.
- Niagara Falls private tour from Toronto. A private day trip, about 130 km (80 mi) each way and usually about 1 h 30 in light traffic.
- Car with driver in Dubai and car with driver in Abu Dhabi. Hourly and daily bookings with a local partner. For airport arrivals in Dubai, the official Dubai Airports site lists the airport's own VIP service, which some travellers add.
- Private driver in Bali. A driver for the day, with routes to Seminyak and Ubud.
Other city pages sit under the limousine hub for Toronto, Niagara Falls, Chicago and New York City, and the hotel transfers hub for arrivals by hotel area.
Standards that apply to every service
- Licensing. Vehicles and chauffeurs are licensed and commercially insured. In Toronto, limousine owners and drivers need a City licence under the vehicles-for-hire bylaw (toronto.ca).
- Tracking. Flights, trains and ships are tracked for pickups.
- Waiting. 60 minutes free after international landings, 30 after domestic, 15 on other pickups.
- Seats and comfort. Child, toddler and booster seats on request. Water and phone charging in most vehicles.
- Fixed fares. The booker shows the fixed all-in fare before you pay. There is no meter.
- Corporate accounts. Monthly invoicing is available.
Vehicle classes
The same four classes serve every service, "or similar", confirmed at booking.
| Class | Examples | Capacity |
|---|---|---|
| Executive Sedan | Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Cadillac or similar | Up to 3 passengers, 2 large and 2 cabin bags |
| First Class Sedan | S-Class, BMW 7 Series or similar | Up to 3 passengers |
| Luxury SUV | Cadillac Escalade, GMC Yukon Denali, Chevrolet Suburban or similar | Up to 6 passengers, 5 to 6 large bags |
| Executive Sprinter | Mercedes-Benz Sprinter | Up to 12 passengers, 12 bags |
Mini-coaches and coaches of 20 to 56 seats, A Maybach, Rolls-Royce, stretch limousine or armoured vehicle can be arranged on request, with availability confirmed at booking. Partner vehicles outside Toronto are no more than four model years old, and up to seven for Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Maybach. The fleet page shows them all.
Where we operate
Services are available across the regions on the destinations hub: Toronto, Canada, the USA, the Caribbean and Mexico, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Public alternatives exist in most cities. The UP Express takes 28 minutes between Pearson and Union Station (upexpress.com), for example, and we say so on the page and explain when a car still wins.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a private transfer and an airport transfer?
An airport transfer starts or ends at an airport and includes flight tracking and airport waiting time. A private transfer is any other booked car between two addresses. Both use the same vehicles and the same fixed-fare booking, and both are confirmed by the Toronto desk.
How much do chauffeured transfer services cost?
The booker shows the fixed all-in fare for your exact pickup, drop-off and vehicle before you pay. We do not publish a price list, because the fare depends on distance, timing and vehicle class. Compare it with the public option and decide.
Do you offer hourly or full-day drivers?
Yes. A personal driver is booked for a block of time, and the desk can quote a day programme with several stops. See the personal driver page. Corporate accounts can use monthly invoicing and multi-leg itineraries on one booking.
Can I book a Sprinter van for a group?
Yes. An Executive Sprinter carries up to 12 passengers and 12 bags. For 20 to 56 passengers, mini-coaches and coaches are available on request. The Sprinter page explains typical uses.
Are your chauffeurs licensed?
Yes. Vehicles and chauffeurs are licensed and commercially insured. In Toronto, limousine owners and drivers need a City licence. Partners abroad hold the licences their own city or country requires, and the Toronto desk vets them.
Is Onroutz.ca a security company?
No. It is a transport service. It does not provide armed drivers or bodyguards. It works alongside a client's own security team and offers discretion: No photographs of passengers and no posts about trips; an NDA is signed whenever you ask.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 72 hours' notice has no charge. At 72 hours or less the charge is 10%, at 48 hours or less 50%, and at 24 hours or less or a no-show 100%, counted from the scheduled pickup. Event bookings can carry their own deadline, always printed on the confirmation.
Which service should I start with?
If you are landing at an airport, start with the airport transfer. If you plan a day of meetings, choose an executive car service or a personal driver. If you are unsure, send the details to the travel desk or check the FAQ page.
