How booking works
- Enter the trip. Pickup and drop-off — airport, terminal, hotel, pier, station or any address — with the date and time.
- Add the flight number. The desk tracks it and the chauffeur meets the real arrival time.
- Pick the vehicle. The all-in fare for each class is shown before you choose.
- Confirm. A confirmation arrives at once; the chauffeur’s name and phone follow before pickup.
Changes and cancellation
Counted back from the booked pickup time: more than 72 hours ahead, no charge; 72 hours or less, 10%; 48 hours or less, 50%; 24 hours or less or a no-show, 100%. Large conventions and peak events can carry an earlier deadline, printed on the confirmation.
