How the partnership works
- Register below. Tell us about the agency, where your clients travel and roughly how many transfers you arrange a month.
- Verification. The desk checks your registration (TICO in Ontario, IATA, CLIA, ARC or your national body) and replies by email.
- Your agency code. Approved agencies receive a unique code. Clients enter it in the online booker, or you book on their behalf, and the ride is credited to your agency automatically.
- Commission or net rates. The model that suits your business (commission on completed rides, net rates you mark up, or a referral link) is agreed at approval.

Registration and compliance
Agencies in Ontario that sell travel services must be registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO). Agencies elsewhere should give their national registration or IATA, CLIA or ARC number. We confirm registration before an agency code is issued.

Do clients see that the booking came through my agency?
Yes, if you want them to. The agency code is stored with the reservation, and confirmations can name your agency as the booking party.
Which cities can I book?
Toronto and the GTA on the Onroutz.ca fleet, plus airports, ports, stations and cities in 59 countries through vetted local partners. The airport list shows the main ones.
How are commissions paid?
The payout model and schedule are confirmed in writing when your agency is approved, based on completed rides recorded against your code.
Can I book groups and Sprinters?
Yes. Sedans, SUVs, Sprinters and coaches are all bookable; see vehicles.
